The model alliance is a labor protection group, or advocacy group, who advocates for models. I feel like people think of models as thi modell this glamorous, wonderful job, but by all accounts, it's very hard and gruelling. And often you do not get a lot of the protections that a lot of other jobs get. They are usually classified as contractors, which means ther they have a lot fewer protections and benefits a that an actual employee would have.
