PSG - Is PSG in the Premier League?
Leon Monaco and Marseille are on rough sort of parity in terms of what they spend on wages. They all spend about a third of what PSG has spent. So French clubs can expect in any given season to do better than second place. That's not a competition anymore, that's something else. And what you're just hoping is that PSG managed to trip themselves up - which God bless them because they're not a well-run club.
