The Benefits of Endophytes in Abiotic Stress
Tricoderm is a predatory fungi that colonizes the root for the full crop cycle. This creature predates on over 30 major disease organisms, but it also comes from what's called immune elicitation. Tricodermum introduced at planting on the seed can reduce nitrogen requirements by 30 to 50%. It doesn't stop there, some Asian governments including the Philippines have actively encouraged use of tricodermah seed treatment.
