The Myth of Dalia and Gala
Dalia and Gala were conscious myth makers because nobody becomes really famous unless they want, really want to be. Joaquin Phoenix is like a classic example of someone who clearly shrinks away from that but participates in their own myth-making too. And I think the sort of backstory to Dalia Land is what that did to them and to her and her anger about being somehow discarded,. you know, discarded world a bit or overlooked.
