There hasn't been a vote. Supposedly, the indictment is going to be voted on tomorrow on Wednesday. Donald Trump has never run for any office regulated by New York election law. And then you have the specter of Alvin Bragg having run for office on the theme of getting Trump. It's just an abusive process altogether. So there are a lot of defenses. This is, I think, a case that is dismissible if it comes.
