There have always been people advertising like hit services on the Dark Web as well, not an entire marketplace but simply a service. Many of the services offered by murder for hire websites were exploring of the less high profile targets. Alexis was a teenager when she found herself on the receiving end of a threat against her life. In 2018, just 19 years old at the time, she was called to a police station in Minnesota in the US.
