NASA administrator Bill Nelson was photographed with a Nikon Z9 and an F28 lens. The settings were set to 1-1-25th of a second, F28, ISO 720. "It shocks me that they're officially shooting for NASA with these kind of settings," says CNN's Steve Politi.
