The Importance of Weight-Bearing Exercise

I was diagnosed with osteopenia at age 28 when they diagnosed the celiac they did a dexascam and they were like oh girl you are one step away from having the bones of a 70 year old woman. It's very important for me to do weight-bearing I'm not weight- bearing I said but weightlifting right to keep the bone strong because it's only good. Once the estrogen is then gone it's those stories of like women who bend over to tie their shoe and they break a hip no joke  they just haven't been lifting weights let me say a little more about that When you're working your muscles you're also helping your bones to become strong.
