i think the first thing to set realistic expectations and pick one or two things that you want to improve in your life and focus on that. I think people who try to set too many or too high expectations are bound to get disappointed. So i, you know, just as with patience, what i do in my clinical practice with memory disorder patients is to set small goals and and make them achievable.
