The FBI Offer Christopher Steele Up to a Million Dollars

The FBI offered Christopher Steele up to a million dollars to provide corroborating evidence for his dossier. But the British spy didn't provide any information to the bureau. Any such info as a result, Steele wasn't given the money because he was unable to prove the allegations. There's something here there I left out. The FBI is in court in front of a Pfizer judge swearing that the dossier's allegations are true. Let me read that again. They offered him amillion dollars to provide information saying it was true and couldn't give him the money because they were unable to prove them. Wait, what?
