The Importance of Self-Responsibility

i was ranting to brian about self rule taking responsibility part of being in a civilization i've heard uh one author described civilization as is not going to the bathroom in the city. It's easy to dismiss the sins of our day because you can boil it down to somebody else's yeah with some other group's fault that you're in the position you're in and that's what it's all boiled down to yes no personal responsibility.
