Continuous Improvement Is Not First
Continuous improvement is as in the system, not first. Get everybody the training and support and the love and the engagement that they need 100%. Motivate them by having an actual direction and vision for your company. Then make sure that you engage them with continuous improvement. All of those places started with respect for people, stability, then getting everybody to participate, and then continuously improving.
