Biden: Republicans are working with a former budget official for Trump to slash the Medicaid coverage that would take over 500 billion out of that Affordable Care Act funding. It comes though as Obamacare enrollment is actually breaking records, 16 million people enrolling in the past. North Carolina's the 40th state to adopt the Medicare expansions, which at one point was such a political issue. De La Soul is basically hip hop royalty and they're back in the news.
