Rogers in the midst of a major acquisition. Rogers wants to abasically take over shaw communications, another multi billion dollar company. It essentially will lock in what we call the big three telecon companies here. Some of roger's rivals have already been arguing that it doesn'tave the ability to sort of carry out this transaction and seeand manage such a huge company.
