Disability Rights - Is There a Deficit, We Have Limits?
Sally Kohn: Disability rights are often the vehicle for saying that kind of civil rights in general are maybe too expensive in this moment or we need to put some boundaries on them. She says a lot of disability rights exist as you sort of start from this basis of saying like, oh, these rights are priceless and yet they're starting from a kind of imposed scarcity. Kohn: We can celebrate certain people's freedom and rights, but it's always going to be against this backdrop of fiscal limitations.
