Why We Picked Washington DC as Our Capital

Washington DC was a compromise between the north and the south at that time. It doesn't make sense to have it on the eastern seaboard when our country spans an entire continent with two non-contiguous states. I also do not like the accumulation of power geographically. So we're up to me. We put Congress in Colorado. But you know, it would just become a new Benville. Although if you were adjusting for population, you probably would not get much further into America.
