We Need Diversified Teams
Ike: We need diverse teams. We need women in construction. And i would never even begin to understand what it would be like to be a woman struction ande to have to deal with possible cat calling and stupid remarks. I think we should just make it known that being a woman and being a woman of construction is a great thing.
