Paul Roles and Linda Fida

Detective Marshall Frank says Paul Roles was a stalker. He saw Linda Fida through the peephole in his door to his apartment. When she went to do her laundry, he snuck into her apartment and when she returned, he tried to rape her. She fought back and he strangled her.
