Is China Getting More Inward Looking?

It seems to me that the regime in china at the moment has become more inward looking and more protectionist. Is that a fair assumption? Oris thatis something deeper? No, jems, i mean, that's completely right. I mean, they are gettinga more controlling. But just to make it all even more of a headache for all of us and all your listeners, that's happening as they're becoming more powerful.
