Isometric Dynamometer - Ischinetic Dynamometer at 60 Degrees Per Second
The quad index was actually measured iscinetically at a hundred n 80 degrees per second. It basely measures how much over pressure is placed upon that by the athlete. And again, i know mark like some of these higher numbers. But if somebody drops in between 90 and 85, then i it's like, all right, elloust take a little deeper look at what were the exact circumstances of this individual athlete.
