Carter pardoning Nixon was a mistake, Molly says. The president is not above the law, despite what you might occasionally hear on Fox News weekend morning programs. You don't want to let people become president in the future and think that they can commit crimes and try to steal elections because I'm too big to prosecute. We should absolutely not make that mistake again.
