Caulse: I like to build the relationships and keep in touch with people. My management has told me to talk to someone every month, even if they have expressed they were not interested. You just want to be youdont around in the case that the timing is better. Usually it's electronic through eme and that sort of thing. May be an occasional coffee. Thel, i might say that to somebody and just ask permission to do that first. Then i'm not bombarding them, and they don't feel uncomfortable with it.
