What's Missing From a Back and Software Engineer?

When comes to Emily's and the difference from software engineers, especially when you're thinking about not super senior. What do you think taking into consideration that when you look at the typical computer studies program today looks like? Do you see something that is really needed to fit into this role of Emily?
