Right now would be a really good time to sell your lesser performing assets, because there's probably a buyer out there for them. You should look and see what's happening in that area and determine if this is still going to make sense over the next few years. And if it isn't, then get into an area where it might be making more sense. It may or may not be real estate, but i'm just going to focus on single family homes. Right now, there's 870 thousand approximately, an inventory. Well, at the peak of two thousand seven there was three point seven million an inventory. Very different scenario right now.
