This is a really important thing in picking an agency. And I think you started to touch on this earlier where you were talking about not having value added tech that is helping you like in other words, it's creating more work. She says technical debt refers to now how difficult it is to rein all of this information in and put together something that works for everyone. But if you find the right ones, it can really make a big difference.
