The Slow Subpar Economy

The GDP tracker from Atlanta Fed has dropped now back to 1.8% for the second quarter. So it just seems like you're in this, whether or not we go into recession, you're just in this slow subpar kind of stagnating economy. We absolutely are. I think coming from a complete loss of productivity improvements.
