The European Union's Response to the Ukraine-Russia War

I want to think about the longer term legacy of what Europe has done in response to the Ukraine-Russia war. What we've seen is that Europe remains utterly reliant on the massive power of the United States. To build autonomous Europe for me would be luxury. I think we need to focus today on cooperation between the EU, NATO and other countries like the Great Britain and partners in Indo-Pacific.
