The Return on Investment on Failure
The ability to make those kinds of mistakes and learn from them in a more private environment for adult learners is a really significant benefit. The inability to grant the necessary authority to a teacher can get in the way of us learning. What we don't learn so well as Americans is how to give over authority to somebody who might know more than us. We have authority issues rightly so because there's so much abuse of authority, especially in the education system.
