A had no long term aspirations of being a counciller educator or being a am, certainly not a faculty member. She fell in love with the job after finishing her degree and was looking for an opportunity to do something more than teach theatre at night. Her family are educators so she has always been interested in education. "I loved diving into research and and teaching. It just really hit all my buttons," she says.
