18 year old nephew Joe died unexpectedly at home in front of his father, sister and grandmother. Team of paramedics tried vainly for close to two hours to resuscitate Joe. Half of my brother's family is dead. My mother comes from Italy, born into poverty, suffering during the war. Now she has to deal with this.
