The Clinton Foundation was originally founded by Hillary's husband. This is her way to sort of strike out on her own as a person, as a brand, as a political figure. At the same time, the bill himself has sort of stepped back from the political scene somewhat. In parts of the Democratic establishment, capital D, capital E, she is still very much in demand.
