We hit pause on the day-to-day noise and take a step back to ask ourselves the big questions. Where do we want to be in 12 months? What about in 5 years? What needs to happen this quarter to get us moving? We talk openly about what’s working, what isn’t, what work we want to do, and where we want to push ourselves. Summer and the end of a year is great time to do this. Take it seriously too! You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to get started. Take some time to dream. Make a plan. Share it. Act on it. Review the plan quarterly. Take more action on it.
