Michael Wolraich: People who complicate things, there are probably two kinds of complicators. There's the risk-averse people and those who make a living out of being complicated. He says we don't need lawyers if the law laws are simple, but they aren't. But he adds that even though someone like yourself might map out a structure, a simple rule structure can make sense for the vast majority of people - it may not be so with tax code.
