Is It My Cake Shop, Damn It?
The cake shop owner had a constitutional right to not engage in behaviour he felt violated his sincerely held religious beliefs. I candidly don't care if you agree with them or not, i agree with that approach. We do have laws. There are certain rules and regulations in a constitutional republic where we preserve the civil liberties of others as well. But what's interest is we do have a first amendment. And the owner of the cake shop had some sincere religious beliefs. Is amazon making that argument on a more dramatic ss, as amazon have some religious problem with banning books about transgenderism?
