Do Valuations Make Sense Where We Are Now?
This is the most hated rally I can remember in my career. The reason that everyone is negative on this rally is because they weren't positioned for it. Valuations should shape investor expectations but if you have a recession, valuations are going to come in more. Who would have thought that China would be up 50% in six months? No one predicted that.
