The European Banking Authority has suggested in draft guidance published this morning that banks and payment providers will be under pressure to enhance scrutiny of crypto companies when considering a client relationship. LIDO unveiled plans on a recent developer call to release a non-fungible token or NFT representing a user's withdrawal request amount as part of the process of unstaking their ether. And finally, the extradition of Terraform Labs founder Do Kwan from Montenegro has been requested by both the US and South Korea.
