How to Communicate a Good Customer Experience

Do you think it's more important that the story resonate with the listener because of some familiarity or that they can identify with the protagonist? Or is it more important when that listener is somewhat remote or distant? I'm thinking oftentimes you have these venture capitalists who are generalists and maybe they don't really understand the domain in which you're creating your startup. They need to be familiarized with the problem of these people that maybe they've never been in those shoes. So my advice to people is like, how do you do that? Look for the thing that is just human about what you're doing.
