The Importance of Disruption Innovation in Politics

The greater the benefits of disruption from openness, the more gainers should compensate losers. Politicians are real people, but they need our help in noticing us. We do have some programs that could be modified and beefed up to do better,. But i'm not hearing that discussion in washington or gin for that.
