Matthew: I would say onboarding like the biggest mistakes with clients when you don't provide feedback and that starts right at onboarding. Matthew: One of the things I said very early on with Zach is I'm gonna have a week where I'm gonna be in a bad mood or whatever so what does Zach do around here he probably doesn't do a darn thing.
