Coach Development - I Wish I Had Known Blank Before I Started Coaching

The most fun part of coaching is kids. I wish i would have been a lot deeper with my development. We feel like we definitely have something with the actual, real, relevant professional development that we do with each other and with our coaches. And so one night, when what you're doing is starting to bleed out into those outer circles and people are hearing it and noticing it, and that feedback gets to you, you know you're on the right track.
