Potato Fruits Are Super-Toxic
The potato is a nightshade, like the tomato, and like a tomato, it grows fruits. The berries of potato plants are always super-toxic according to every botanical reference that I can consult. You usually don't see potato fruits on the plants unless you get an unusually cool summer. And nobody makes an effort to grow potato fruits because they are only good for getting potato seeds.
