The History of the Tolari County Fairgrounds

Students at Mission Oak High School in Tolari are spearheading efforts to create a memorial. It's to honor thousands of Japanese Americans who were forcibly held there during World War II. The class plans to work with survivors and their relatives to design a memorial that the 100,000 plus annual visitors can see.
