Inbreeding does not cause genetic disorders per se. It restricts variations in the gene pool and it increases the likelihood of recessive alleles being expressed. Two recessive genes can sometimes pass along these genetic disorders. Viable inbred offspring are likely to be inflicted with physical deformities and genetically inherited diseases. The only people that will ever have those genes are people related to you. Don't have sex with your sister under any circumstance. Even without the skin fall off fucking genes, there is so many other things they're almost guaranteed to pass on to this poor kid.
