Is the California Program Really a California Program?

I think considering how to control EV load is something that's on the mind of many utilities and some right now, much more at the forefront than others. The California program has this extra piece where you'll notify people and charge their cars if a temporary blackout is coming. We're like, okay, customers are getting useful information through our text messages and emails. Let's add these PPS notifications to that.
