Christians Against Christian Nationalism
Christian nationalism is a political ideology and cultural framework that seeks to merge American and Christian identities. It suggests that real Americans are Christians, I'm using air quotes, and true Christians hold a particular set of political beliefs. Our goal was not to create some category for name calling, but to seek more clarity about who we are as Americans with a constitutional tradition of religious freedom for all.
