Julie O'Yafee: Russia rained down a bunch of missiles all over Ukraine over a dozen cities, multiple people killed. She says the point was to demonstrate that just because you guys are having success in this counter offensive in the South and the East, it has not in any way diminished our ability to hit you wherever, whenever at a time and place of our choosing. And I think it's not coincidental that this is happening right after General Suryevikin who was in charge of Russian military operations in Syria took over the command of the quote unquote special military operation in Ukraine.
