"I was really dedicated until about the age of 19 21 and i took about eight to ten years off," says Arnold Schwarzenegger's ex-teammate. "Now i you know in a crossfit type regimen and some kettlebell work i i'm not by any stretch doing what i was doing when i was like 20 which is really heavy squats and really heavy bench press", he adds. In other words, there's a difference between 2% body fat when you're 35 compared to 110 kilos of muscle mass at 68 according to John Rizzo.
