How to Write a Phonemic System
I actually ended up with a phonemic writing system because I didn't do the aliphony until the end. It's probably also a good idea to have a little bit of morphology worked out before you even do the rumminization, too. There are morphophanemic systems out there. And there's religion reasons to go that way.
