Introduction
Dan Jones is best known for writing historical non fiction about the middle ages. He's recently turned his hand to writing a ghost story, using a mediaeval spooky tale as his templet. A cistercian monk in byland abbey collected a group of 12 stories of the supernatural that had been going on around the abbey. They are written down on a single piece of velum parchment and remained untouched for more or less 600 years.
