The 21st Century Opioid Crisis
There has been an opioid crisis in black and brown communities for a century Surrounded around around heroin like we don't necessarily even need to know brain chemistry. The fundamental question is Under what circumstances do individual risks become broad social crises? We're not going to eliminate Drug-related harm. I mean, that's just a facet of human existence But we can maybe prevent it from exploding into these Major crises such as the ones that you know, we talk about now.
